RE Reduction of emission volume of close-end investment fund "Parex Baltic High
Yield Fund" (revised)

The Board of "Parex Asset Management" IPAS reports about the successfully
accomplished reduction of emission volume of close-end fund "Parex Baltic High
Yield Fund" managed by the Company. According to the previous announcement,
emission volume of close-end investment fund "Parex Baltic High Yield Fund" was
reduced for 1`500`000 EUR on 7 October 2009, and applied to all shares of the
Fund proportionally. Consequently, the current value of each share of the Fund
(as per 30 September 2009) has been reduced for 300 EUR. Also, depositors of
the Fund have been paid the profits gained from the reduction of Fund's
emission volume. The next date of Fund's share value calculation has been set
on 31 October 2009, and the value shall be determined by 6 November 2009.
