The results of the first quater of 2010

We provide the intermediate not audited financial accountability for the three
months of the year 2010 and confirmation of the responsible persons.

In the first quater of 2010 the AB „Gubernija“ sustained non audided losses of
710.48 thousand of LTL (205.77 thousand EUR). It is 63,25% better than the
result of the Ist quarter of the year 2009. In the same period of the previous
year the company sustained losses of 1933.2 thousand of LTL (559.9 thousand
EUR).
