Construction contract
Nordecon International AS (as leading partner) and AS Napal as joint partners
signed a contract with AS Kohtla-Järve Soojus for the design and construction
works of Ahtme's peak load boiler plant. The works include supplying and
installing new furnaces of 80 MW and relocating existing 20 MW furnaces. As
part of the contract new connections to existing external networks are built
(incl. approximately 500 meters of heating pipelines).
The price of the contract is 134,000 thousand kroons (8,564 thousand euros)
excluding VAT. The contract price is divided equally between joint partners.
As per contract the construction works start in July 2009 and will be finished
by December 2010.
