Nordeka Quarterly report 20.07.2009

CORRECTION: JSC "Nordeka" non-revised periodic report for the period ended on
March 31, 2009

Concerning common verification protocol between State owned company Ltd.
“Autotransporta direkcija” and JSC “Nordeka”, signed on July 15, 2009, JSC
“Nordeka” “Net turnover “ for period from 01.01.2009 till 31.03.2009 includes
debt revenue from Ltd. “Autotransporta direkcija” for this period. JSC
“Nordeka” balance sheet position “Other debtors” is grown.

Position “Selling expanses” is reduced, because insurance expanses for OCTA and
KASKO for period from 01.01.2009 till 31.03.2009 include only expanses, which
are related to this period.

JSC Nordeka non-revised corrected periodic report for the period ended on March
31, 2009 please find attached.
