Additional information on temporary activities suspension of gaming enterprises
operating in Ukraine

Legal analysis conducted by OEG on temporary activities suspension of gaming
enterprises operating in Ukraine reflects that correspondent decree issued by
Ministry of Finance is illegal. Ministry of Finance decree conflicts
simultaneously Ukraine local Commercial law, Labour law, Enterprise law, Law of
licensing of Economic activities and a number of laws connected with investment
activities.

OEG competitors´ and Association of Gambling Operators point of view in
relation with illegality of casinos activities suspension coincides with OEG
opinion. According to observations of OEG approximately half of the casinos
started to reopen. Reopening of OEG casinos will be hopefully conducted at
first opportunity.
