unaudited profit before tax of AB Sanitas (company code 1341 362 96, registered
address Veiveriu str. 134B, Kaunas, Lithuania) group (hereinafter - Group) for
3 months of 2012 amounted to LTL 19,302 thousand (€ 5,590 thousand), in the
same period of 2011 Group’s profit before tax amounted to LTL 20,482 thousand
(€ 5,932 thousand).

Group‘s sales for 3 months of 2012 amounted to LTL 96,899 thousand (€ 28,064
thousand), in the same period of 2011 it amounted to LTL 89,714 thousand (€
25,983 thousand).

the period ended 31 March, 2012 together with the confirmation of the
