Sales for the I quarter of 2012

AB „Utenos trikotažas" sales for the I quarter of 2012 reached LTL 9.3 million
(EUR 2.7 million), 37.9 % less than during the same period in 2011.
Consolidated Group sales for the I quarter of 2012 reached LTL 12.1 million
(EUR 3.5 million), 31.6 % less than during the same period in 2011.

"As we have previously commented, the fears of economy slowdown and as the
result the lower consumer consumption in Europe during the last year, was the
key driver behind weak sales in the second half of 2011 and the first quarter
of this year. The most significant drop in sales had been of basic products to
retail clients focused on middle – lower market segments.

Currently the dynamics of incoming orders let us to expect sales growth in the
second quarter of this year compared with the first one.” - says AB “Utenos
