About the Council

On the April 27th, 2012 a regular meeting of the joint stock company „Rīgas
juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca” took place.

Meeting of the shareholders on five years elected members of the Council -
Vidis Zaķis, Igors Istomins, Svetlana Tolkačova, Jeļena Vasuļa, Tatjana
Rezņigska.


Information about members of the Council:

Member of the Council Vidis Zaķis - member of the Council of the JSC „Rīgas
juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca” from April 2009 till now. The member of the
Council Vidis Zakis owns 968 shares of the JSC "Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu
rūpnīca".

Member of the Council Igors Istomins - member of the Council of the JSC „Rīgas
juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca” from April 2009 till now. The member of Council
Igors Istomins owns 1 160 000 shares of JSC "Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu
rūpnīca".

Member of the Council Svetlana Tolkačova – an accountant of the JSC „Rīgas
juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca” from May 2009 till now. The member of the Council
Svetlana Tolkačova does not own the shares of the JSC "Rīgas
juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca".

Member of the Council Jeļena Vasuļa - member of the Council of the JSC „Rīgas
juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca” from April 2009 till now. The member of the
Council Jeļena Vasuļa owns 24 shares of JSC "Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu
rūpnīca".

Member of the Council Tatjana Rezņigska - member of the Council of the JSC
„Rīgas juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca” from April 2009 till now. The member of
the Council Tatjana Rezņigska does not own the shares of the JSC "Rīgas
juvelierizstrādājumu rūpnīca".
