Decision of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Board (13-06-2011, No. 11-24)

To apply surveillance status to Lietuvos energija AB:
Lietuvos Energija ORS (LT0000117681 LEN1L)
The terms of reorganization of the public companies AB Lietuvos energija and AB
Lietuvos elektrinė were announced. Companies are intended to be merged (and
shall be dissolved as legal entities following the merger) into Lietuvos
energija, AB which shall commence its activities after the reorganisation.

To apply surveillance status to Lietuvos elektrinė AB:
Lietuvos Elektrine ORS (LT0000126351 LEL1L)
The terms of reorganization of the public companies AB Lietuvos energija and AB
Lietuvos elektrinė were announced. Companies are intended to be merged (and
